Beautiful locale, restroom facilities are clean, beach is small but nice, there is a specialty railed ramp built all the way down in the water for wheelchair beach access, and parking is great. Drawbacks: difficult access on foot- rough downhill dirt and roots are especially tough in flip-flops or barefoot, even in boots it would be scary for an older person or carrying items; picnic tables are inconveniently placed for use by beach-goers and there are no places to put your things out of the dirt except a retaining wall by the water; the entrance by the beautiful stone restroom building is not easily visible. Hard to get to, nice once you do.

If you have kids that want to swim, look for a cleaner beach with zero entry access to water. If you have a kayak or paddleboard, this is a great place to launch from with access to restrooms and beautiful, deep water.

Beautiful place! Went for a hike, then stopped at Tallulah Adventures for a great lunch and shopped at the Tallulah Outpost of Wander. Very enjoyable.
