Cristina PaganI want to give a huge thank you to the Tallulah Falls Police Department, especially Officer Chris, for rescuing me, my husband, and our friends after we got stuck in the Gorge. We lost daylight, I was freezing and exhausted, and there was no way I could have made it out safely on my own. Officer Chris was incredibly patient, reassuring, and literally helped guide me up the side of the mountain. We are so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and calm presence during such a scary moment. Thank you to the entire department for your quick response and for going above and beyond to make sure we made it out safely. You’re truly appreciated!

James PaganMy friends and I got lost in the Tallulah Falls Gorge while on vacation. We lost daylight and we were wet and cold and couldn't see a thing. Officer Chris was very helpful with coming in to come rescue us and guide us out of the Gorge and offered us a ride back to our vehicle. We are very grateful for everyone's help from Officer Chris, the dispatcher, and the volunteer firefighters who assisted as well. Without them we'd still be stuck in the Gorge!

Michelle ZweibanOfficer Chris went above and beyond to help rescue my family when they were stuck in the Tallulah Falls Gorge while they were freezing and wet from falling into the river in the dark. I will forever be thankful for the kindness of Officer Chris and his dedication to ensuring each of their safeties.
