L'Eau d'Or Falls
L'Eau d'Or Falls is a beautiful, 46-foot, three-tiered cascading waterfall located in Tallulah Gorge State Park in Georgia, United States. It is one of five significant waterfalls within the Tallulah Gorge, which was historically known as Tallulah Falls. The name L'Eau d'Or is French for "water of gold". Access to the base of L'Eau d'Or Falls is prohibited, but visitors can view it from Overlook 2 and Overlook 3 along the North Rim Trail in Tallulah Gorge State Park. Overlook 2, a 0.2-mile walk from the Interpretive Center, offers the best view of the falls. The Tallulah Gorge State Park itself is known for its breathtaking natural beauty, a suspension bridge, and numerous hiking trails.

Beautiful, the train is a little bit difficult to drive up and impossible to turn around so you just have to drive through.
May 17, 2026 · Google ReviewThis was a great stop on our drive. Beautiful look out points, great path to observe the falls from multiple places. There are a lot of stairs, if you are not comfortable with 300-500 stairs, so not do the observation points that are down the stairs!
