Jason BlikHad a great experience. All staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. Visited the gym but not the pool, pool area looked nice. We visited many hotels between the Tennessee and North Carolina mountains over the week and this was by far the nicest.

Dora DavisWe had a wonderful stay. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing feeling like home. Very clean and nice. The drive up the mountain was nice with beautiful scenery. Then the location of the Hotel was beautiful. Just overall was a wonderful stay. Dog friendly we had Charlie he enjoyed the stay as well. I would recommend anyone to stay there. Can’t forget the breakfast we all enjoyed it. Thanks again to Megan and her staff.

Jeff AlbrightSo my family own a place nearby & I stayed there for a wk but the night prior to flying home, for various reasons, I wanted to be well rested etc & The Inn was right down the road. I've stayed at many hotels, from 5 star Ritzy to B&Bs and THIS by far was one of THE BEST pound for pound! The breakfast was absolutely amazing made by Ms Cassey & Stephanie at front desk printed my boarding pass for my flight home. I could not have had a more enjoyable stay anywhere else! In fact, I am considering flying back up to specifically stay at the Hotel instead of my family home due to various reasons... Mainly it was a perfect place to stay for peace & quiet Sincerely, Jeff A.

Ted RamseyBeautiful location and nice hotel, but has some management issues and hit my 3 strike rule. 1. Hot tub wasn’t working and smelled like algae. 2. A/C was not working in the fitness center. 3. Breakfast was sparse to begin with and they were also out of a lot of items. A bad breakfast is just a deal breaker for me.

Tyler ArthurMe and my wife stayed here for a Friday wedding in Sapphire. Location was perfect! Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. They even had breakfast in the morning and offered “to-go” Belgian waffle bags. Would stay here again!
