About Grant, My mother and I was referred to Grant by a fellow Realtor. She spoke very highly of Grant's knowledge and expertise concerning the housing market, his professionalism and his willingness to help. All of these characteristics are true of Grant. Our time and experience with Grant gave us insight into housing market. How houses are bought and sold and some of the intricate dealings, details and deadlines really work. It is of my opinion that if you choose Grant as your Realtor, he will most certainly look out for your best interest as his client. He will stand his ground to protect you, his client from making an emotional and/or pressured decision because of time constraints, financial challenges, logistics, etc..., whether you're buying or selling your home. Trust me when I say, once he's dug in, 'He's Dug In!' You will need a tractor with a bucket and a miracle from GOD to get him to move and/or change his mind. When Grant is 100% confident that his position is in your best interest, and that he is protecting you from making perhaps one of the greatest mistakes in your life, he will express opposition, he explain his opposition in great details and he will do what he can to protect you, his client from moving forward with your decision to either buy or sell and/or both.
