Wikle RobinI have known Angelia Kiker now for 30+ years and I can say that she is one of the most hard working, honest, dependable woman I know. We are friends of course and I also do her hair. So lots of times she’s answering calls and texts while I’m doing my thing to her beautiful hair when she should be relaxing! We listed a house with her in 2002 and it sold in very down market at that time. We were lucky to have her as our Realtor.

Jodi PerdueWe have recently been blessed with the privilege to work with Angelia in finding a property. We looked at so many, and in each case, she offered pros and cons, tips, insight, support, patience, and advice rooted in a wealth of knowledge of real estate. She has developed over decades of service the ability to know what we needed at each step (even when we didn’t), to know precisely when to take the lead and run with it and when to only be present on standby, but to never be pushy or make us feel pressured. Angelia is a dedicated wife and mom but somehow made us feel like we were the only people in the world when we needed just that. Often, it seemed she knew what we needed better than we did; when our heads were spinning in this unprecedented market, she was the calm voice who double-checked all the things, happily worked directly with our lender, and reassured and guided us through uncertainty. Overall, my advice in working with Angelia is to be careful: you may hire her as your realtor but end up with both a valuable asset and also a most excellent friend.
