They also offer a wide variety of other classes and therapeutics. They are all awesome people and I highly recommend you checking them out!

Sarah BellLaci has been an pillar in my yoga practice. Through her teachings I have become healthier, not only through weight loss, and flexibility, but also spiritually. She has helped me to enjoy the exercise of yoga so much that I wouldn't miss craving that time out of my week for me. Laci has become a big part of my better health journey, a fabulous instructor and friend! Thank goodness I took the time to sign up back in June 2024!
