I have been looking for a quite a while for the perfect home for my family. I have a large family so finding the perfect house took some time. I was referred to Roy Rose. I can honestly say he is by far the best. I don't care what time of day or night I would send him a home that I liked and he immediately responded with show times. There was never a time I had to wait to see a house that I was interested in. He either made it happen that day or the next day. He even went through several counties of showings before I found the perfect home for my family and I. Roy also throuroughly went through every home with me and inspected every bit of the home and had paperwork ready for me to look at while we were looking through the home. I am happy to say I found the perfect home with Roy's help. The closing process has taken us less than 30 days and I couldn't be more happy of his dedication to his job and making sure I found my perfect family home. We are so thankful for you Roy!!

A few months ago I made the decision to purchase my first home. I was a bit overwhelmed and didn't fully know where to begin - that's when Dale Holmes at Headwaters Realty came in. Not only did he make the process fun, he also taught me SO much about how the entire process works. Even in the times of a crazy housing market, Dale was the calm in the storm who really took into account my needs. He worked with me through pros and cons of each property, didn't pressure me to make decisions, and worked diligently to get me the best possible result. I know he had tons of other clients, but he was so attentive and communicative I could swear I was the only one. Even during the waiting periods, Dale checked in to make sure that I had no questions, I understand exactly where we were at with every step, and that I felt comfortable with everything that was happening.
