Juan GutierrezMy wife, daughter, and I weren’t actively looking to buy a home when Amanda called and told us about a property in Sautee that she thought we’d love. After seeing it, we realized she knew exactly what we were looking for. The house was dated and needed some work, but Amanda saw the potential right away. The private 5-acre lot, great location, and price made it a perfect fit for our family. As someone who can do a lot of the work myself, she knew I would be able to turn it into exactly what we wanted. What stood out most was that Amanda wasn’t trying to sell us just any property. She listened to what was important to us and connected us with an opportunity we probably would have missed otherwise. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with throughout the entire process. We closed in December 2025 and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Phil RaderAmanda Campbell was a wonderful realtor to work with. She and her team did a great job getting the home ready to show. The pictures were tremendous. The whole promotion went without a hitch. She was the 4th realtor that I had used and within a few weeks had a cash offer. Would I use her again, Yes.
