Marlon and Eli are the perfect hosts -attentive but not intrusive. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. A must stay if you’re near Clayton.

Tami AlleeMy husband and I are still talking about our lovely stay at Beechwood Inn this past October. We enjoyed it so much we ended up staying an extra night. Eli’s breakfasts are phenomenal and Marlon is the best host. The views on the front porch are spectacular. The wine hour each evening was so fun where guests become friends. Also, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We can not wait to go back.

babs mcdonaldWe are repeat guests at Beechwood Inn. Marlon and Eli are gracious hosts, making everyone feel welcome and at home. Breakfasts are delicious, and coffee beforehand is comfortable in front of the fire. At wine30, guests meet one another while sipping Beechwood's own wine. Rooms are clean, beautifully appointed, and comfortable. The inn is just minutes away from downtown Clayton but feels miles away, nestled among old trees and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. My husband and I love staying with Eli and Marlon at Beechwood. Highly recommended!

Tucked away from the highway but minutes from downtown, this beautifully restored historic home masterfully blends modern comfort with timeless charm. The owners have created something truly special here, with attention to detail evident in every corner of the property. We were in the Vineyard Room which was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, and our gas fireplace with wingback chairs and ottomans made for the most relaxing evening. Breakfast exceeded our expectations - delicious! From arrival to departure, we felt genuinely welcomed and completely at ease. The Beechwood Inn has earned a permanent spot on our travel list—we're already planning our next stay!

Alexis ThompsonThis isnt just another BnB. It's a place to unwind, relax, and have amazing conversation with a new family of friends. Easy to escape and be alone, and an easy place to walk away with a new pen pal. And the breakfast. Oh. My. Gosh. The food ALONE is worth staying, though every room is special, has historic charm, and is decorated beautifully. Highly recommend a stay here.
