I came to Duvall Automotive Group on a Saturday afternoon while I was 350 miles from home with a partially functioning engine and a heavy trailer I knew parts would be difficult to find since my Ram truck is 27 years old. The lady at the parts counter on June 13, 2026, around 1:30 PM, did everything she could to help me and did it with kindness and a smile. I decided my best option was to attempt the repair in Duvall's sales lot. I feel like many dealerships would have asked me to leave, but Duvall did the exact opposite. A salesman named Alex Ortega noticed me working on my truck in the parking lot on an extremely hot day and went out of his way to bring me two ice-cold bottles of water. That simple act of kindness meant a lot to me. Having a safe place to work on my truck instead of being stranded on the side of the road gave me the confidence to complete the repair. Ironically, one of the reasons I was able to make the repair was because Duvall sells brake cleaner unfortunately Ford-branded, but it got the job done! Thank you, Alex, and thank you to everyone at Duvall Automotive Group for your kindness, hospitality, and willingness to help a traveler in need.
