From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, compassionate, and professional. My wait in the lobby only lasted a couple of minutes after I was checked in. The doctor took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. It's never fun needing medical attention, but this team made a difficult day much easier. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for outstanding care and kindness. Especially late on a Friday afternoon!
