BE WARNED: In June of 2025, I paid $3670.88 to the owner of this store. It was down payment for a 4' linear fireplace. No one showed up to work until the 24 & 25 of September, after repeated calls on my part and numerous cancellations on his part. After I sent him a message saying I had consulted an attorney, the owner called on Feb. 10 to say he would arrive on 17 & 18 to complete the job. He did not show up. The work he sent his crew to do was abhorrent workmanship in every way. The outside wall of my 5 yr. old house is defaced. I still have holes in the interior wall, and not fireplace. I told him I wanted my money back and I would find someone to tear out what they had ruined and fix the job properly. He said he would return my money. Have not heard from him since. This is a great con and I am sorry I fell for it. This will cost me nearly triple what I have paid already.

The Fire Place ~ Many thanks to Bill for our beautiful new state of the art set of logs which include a remote with thermostat! (Plus a pilot light that does not need electricity to ignite.) So now~the winds can blow ~ the power outages can come ~ our new fire logs will keep us warm!! Kudos to Bill & his team 👏
