It appears to be a very nice furniture store, but the salesman that was there the day we stopped by wasn't very helpful. We told him exactly what we were looking for, but he didn't seem to want to make a sale. Each recliner we wanted to know more about, he talked us out of. His go-to response was that it was one of the most expensive ones they make. He said this regarding 4 different recliners that we asked about. We wanted a USA made chair and were not concerned with the cost if it met the other requirements. He even told me that one of the reps convinced them to take that specific chair, and he thought that it wouldn't sell because of the cost. He never shared the cost. It wasn't a recliner, but it was still unusual that he would share that information. We left without making a purchase that day. We took our business elsewhere and purchased the 3 recliners we were shopping for.
