Great local company where you can still talk to a competent real person face to face. The TV commercials with lizards and goofy people are charming but when you call the 800 number or hit the web-site, the service is always poor. The Richardsons saved me about $3,000 a year on a bundled home and auto policy over my previous agent/carrier. I'm currently working with them on insurance for other business interest and they are doing a great job, just like with my personal policies.
