Joseph GarlandChef Ken and Mandy from Envie did a private catering for my 40th birthday party near Asheville recently and it was an absolutely amazing meal. We all really enjoyed the Chicken Picatta, Arancini, and Venison as well as the apple dessert. I was very happy with the level of care and professionalism from them. We had several people with good allergies in the group and the chefs worked hard and let us know that they took it very seriously and also answered our questions about the food. I also liked that nearly everything was locally sourced and had kind of a story behind it. I think the best outcomes was that one of my friends, who hates carrots, absolutely loved the carrots from her meal! She was surprised too! They also made so much that we had enough to have as extra meals the next day which all my guests really appreciated. I hope I get to taste a meal from them again soon! I highly recommend them!
