Lauren McLaughlinWe hired Big Mountain Shuttles for our wedding weekend, and while Michael was initially very accommodating, especially when expanding transportation to include our Airbnb guests, the execution fell short. We had a clear agreement that each house “captain” would receive a text from the driver when they were on their way. Unfortunately, that process never happened for some attendees. Over 20 guests were stranded at the end of the night without a driver’s contact or any direction. I was surprised after our experience that Big Mountain Shuttles was on the Old Edwards preferred vendor list given the lack of accountability for such an issue. Additionally, Michael strongly recommended adding more shuttles for our ceremony, and several guests still arrived nearly an hour before the start time despite us circling back on arrival windows. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I don’t want other couples to go through the stress we did on their wedding day. I’d recommend future clients to get everything in writing, confirm communication protocols repeatedly, and consider alternative providers.

Michael did an excellent job communicating with us before our arrival and made sure every detail was covered.
