Top notch operation with top notch people behind it. My family was passing through town and needed to store a recently purchased boat that was in transit with us for 4 or 5 days. Called on short notice day of. They picked up the phone immediately, provided us access, and gave us an unbeatable price, all in a matter of minutes. The storage yard was well lit with new cameras monitoring. Seamless and a huge relief on a long family journey. Couldn’t have been more thankful!

I highly recommend Vault storage in Mountain City, GA for anyone who needs a temporary place to store household items.. It is a very clean facility and all of my stuff looked great when I got it back home. Best storage facility I’ve ever used! Units are clean, spacious and well-priced. The security cameras, lighting and gates made me feel safe to enter any time. Vault is a father & son business and they really make you feel like family. Hank, the owner, has worked with me through a few needs without ever making me feel like a burden. And when I downgraded to a smaller unit he was gracious, whereas others would be annoyed by the lowering of my monthly fee. It’s only because I’m moving my stuff out to a bigger home that I no longer need my storage. Otherwise, I’d be a life-long customer. I refer Vault to everyone. Climate controlled units are a must in the south and they have the best prices.
