We stopped by during a recent vacation to learn a little about the local history. I work at a history museum in my hometown, so try to make a point of visiting similar institutions during my travels. We learned so much here that helped orient us during our week-long stay in the area. The staff was super friendly and helped us with a random genealogical question that resulted in a fun excursion to an historic cemetery. If you find yourself in Clayton, add this place to your itinerary!
