Medlink rabun is a great place. Shannon Robinson and Dr. Dooley at women’s healthcare are wonderful and really care about their patients. The only issue I have is with one of the medical assistants. He gives medical advice and instructions like he knows what he’s talking about. Whether it’s prescription meds or whether or not he thinks you should go on a weight loss medication. He oversteps he’s position as an MA as if he’s a doctor. Not to mention that the instructions and advice he gives are incorrect or incredibly subjective. As an MA he should not be giving medical advice. Other than that, the rest of the providers and staff are wonderful.

Shannon is simply the best of the best! Our family of 6 sees her for each of us. She is kind, sensitive, wise, discerning, and incredibly compassionate. She is incredibly thorough, and we are so blessed to have her to care for our medical needs in our small hometown. Love her for both pediatrics and adults- she’s amazing!

I have been very satisfied with the care I've received with Medlink. I will truly miss my doctor, Kimberly Martin as she has been the very best in my book but is retiring in a few months. I cannot imagine someone else filling her shoes.

Fast, friendly, professional service. Doctor and PA seemed knowledgeable and sympathetic to my wife's condition. Check in was reasonable considering we were new patients from out of state.
