Doghobble Dillard Presents Paella and Pours at the Dillard House
Something special is coming to Doghobble dillard! An evening of Spanish-inspired flavors, thoughtfully paired wines, and fall mountain ambiance.Wednesday, October 14th The Experience, Chef Darrell introduces each course. Windmaker Sean pours the story behind each wine. Three courses, Three pours, Dillard House Chef Darrell and Doghobble Dillard Winemaker Sean will guide you through each one. The menu Patatas Bravas with Salsa Brava & Aioli, Crispy fried potatoes with a smoky, gently spicy tomato sauce and creamy garlic aioli. Paella, Saffron rice cooked in a traditional wide pan with ingredients such as chicken, calamari, octopus, shrimp, clams, and mussels. Bunuelos de Viento with Warm Chocolate Sauce, Light, airy Spanish-style donuts, dusted with sugar and served with warm chocolate for dipping with crushed pistachios.
