Paul EtheridgeThis review is for the Dillard House Restaurant....... Most people normalize reviewing a place of business/restaurant based on the name of the business/restaurant. They review the food, the overall service, the pricing, etc. I believe that the GREATEST advantage any business/restaurant has is the ones working for them as they represent your brand and your culture, like it or not. It has been over 12 years since my last visit to Dillard House and I brought my wie whom I married this past Saturday. We had lunch there on Monday. We were very fortunate to have had Kimberly D. sent to us and SHE made our experience amazing. She told us that she had only been working there for a couple of months but whoever chose to invite her to be a part of your restaurant made a great choice, in our opinion. She was personable, friendly, efficient, had a nice smile and was empathic of our needs while we dined with her. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning on returning today(Wednesday) for lunch again and we will request Kimberly D. again. We are staying in Helen, GA so it is an hour drive there and back but it is worth the drive to not only eat at Dillard House but to also get to see Kimberly again. Just to be clear, we enjoyed the food served on Monday. It was all delicious and we felt the price we paid was a good value and money well spent for the experience. I hope that the Dillard House leadership will read this and share this with Kimberly D. I also hope that the leadership of this restaurant really knows her value and appreciates who she is as a person as well as a great representative of your business.

Kim AsburyMy husband and I stayed Sunday night for our anniversary and enjoyed dinner, drinks and the gorgeous view. Food was delicious and service was top notch. Carlton our bartender made our night more enjoyable with the most excellent drinks. We stayed in the Paddock and our room was newly remodeled and very nice. Construction is going on and it does take away from the view outside your backdoor and we were awaken at 8:30 from the noise but were expecting it so it didn't take away from our enjoyment.

Jonathan LongHad lunch. First time we've been in years, especially since the remodel. April was our server. Had lunch here for the first time in years, especially since the remodel, and we were very impressed! April was our server and she was incredibly sweet and attentive — you could truly tell she enjoys what she does. The food was absolutely spot on, and the updated, clean look of the restaurant is beautiful. You almost don’t recognize the place after the remodel, but the food is still just as good — if not even better! The prices are a little on the higher side, but with it being all-you-can-eat, you definitely get your money’s worth. And the bread pudding was wonderful!

Kelsey Taylor DudleyLove the renovations! It’s gorgeous here and so nice that they have added outdoor dining options. One suggestion- please allow guests to take unfinished food home. Not to stay people should take advantage of the all you can concept, but if it is only one serving of each item, it is going to waste.
