J RI can't say enough good things about this USA Storage facility in Lakemont! From the moment I signed up, the whole experience has been smooth and stress-free. The grounds are clean, well-lit, and clearly well-maintained, and I always feel like my belongings are secure. A huge part of that comes down to Carolyn. She's an absolute gem — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every single time I've interacted with her. She took the time to answer all my questions and has always been quick to respond whenever I've needed anything since. It's rare to find that level of personal, caring customer service these days. Phil BarringerWe have used USA storage center in Lakemont, GA for well over three years. At one point we had two units and just recently closed out our last unit because we are moving to NC. We have had an excellent experience throughout and we can not say enough about Carolyn Garnto, the property manager. She has been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in every interaction. Dave DixonThe Manager, Carolyn, was beyond helpful. Super friendly, patient and spent all the time with me necessary to help me understand everything involved in my storage rental and even walked me thru downloading their App I need to get full time access. She also helped me sign all my lease documents on line so that everything is set up. This was all super important because I had a lot-minute need for storage and could only bring my boat there on a Sunday. This was truly one of the best, most pleasant experiences I’ve had in a long time. Customer service the way it should be… but often is not!
