Sarah PullenThis is going to be a very nice community and they have some desirable early sales specials right now. Toured all 8 model homes and drove through the home sites. Quality seemed to be very good. Staff was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. We also spent some time touring the lovely area. Lake Burton is indeed beautiful, but access is limited to only marinas. Lake Burton appears to have no public access beaches. Even the nearby GA State Park does not have a beach for swimming. Sugar Mill does have some boat slips for lease off property which is nice. No on-site pool, but has other nice amenities.

Tamra KerchMy husband and I spent two nights in the Little Blue Cabin at Sugar Mill Creek to celebrate his birthday and to check out tiny house living. Sugar Mill Creek was well maintained with a beautiful creek, outdoor gathering areas and a spacious Clubhouse. The Little Blue Cabin was spotless, comfortable and had everything you would need for a pleasant vaca. We had the opportunity to view other tiny house models on site. We will definitely return!
