The caregivers were compassionate, reliable, and genuinely caring toward my mother., who has Alzheimer's. They treated her with dignity and respect while providing the support and companionship she needed as she transitioned to assisted living after breaking her pelvis. The agency is responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Scheduling was handled efficiently, and communication was excellent. It gave me great peace of mind to know that my mother was being cared for by people who are not only competent but also kind. Audrey JonesI can't say enough great things about Southern Companions and working with them for my family member. Tim was so helpful, compassionate and really wanted to make sure we had the right caregiver for us. Shannon was an absolute blessing to us. She is so knowledgeable in the area of dementia and things to look for and how to redirect when needed to ensure our family member was safe! Everyone we dealt with was amazing. If you need someone to help care for a family member or friend I highly recommend Southern Companions!!
