This beautiful 120-year-old farm is the kind of place that stays with you long after you’ve left. My 10-year-old daughter and I absolutely fell in love with our stay. From the donkeys, cows, ducks, cats, and the sweetest dogs, to the peaceful trails, streams, treehouse, and playhouse, this property feels like something out of a storybook. Tux, one of the dogs, completely stole my daughter’s heart. Every morning he was waiting to play fetch, and he quickly became her best friend. We came to explore Highlands, but I could barely convince her to leave the farm because she was having so much fun. The home is spotless, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the craftsmanship is unlike anything we’ve seen in an Airbnb. I loved the thoughtful details, from the walnuts inlaid in the floors to the handcrafted furniture and beautiful Ukrainian pysanky eggs. Knowing the home was built with local materials and craftsmen makes it even more special. Our farm tour and pottery lesson with Pippa were unforgettable. Her passion for this farm, its history, and her family’s story shines through in everything she does. Thank you, Pippa, for sharing your beautiful little piece of the world with us. Watching my daughter unplug, explore, and simply be a kid gave us memories we’ll cherish forever. We left feeling inspired, refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back.

Spent two Wonderful days at Satolah Creek Farm for a wedding (mother of the flower girl!). We got to pet Hyland cows and make pottery. This venue is filled with gorgeous views, trails, a tree haus, not to mention animals that roam in confined spaces all around the farm. The property is scenic and peaceful. The amenities are cozy farm house. Loved the sounds of the ducks on the pond to horses in the pasture. And truly amazing onsite owners/staff that are kind and gracious that exceeded our expectations the entire weekend. This was a magical experience for the bride and groom, wedding party, and guests.

Satolah Creek is a stunning, remote destination in Clayton, Georgia, that offers far more than a standard wedding venue. The on-site family is incredibly friendly and accommodating; even as a wedding attendee, I felt treated like family. The grounds feature a pasture overlooking a pond, beautiful landscaping, a massive multi-tiered deck, and so many beautiful touches throughout the 46 acre farm. You can even feed the livestock on the property. They have clearly put in an immense amount of work to make this location feel truly magical.

We loved staying at Pippa’s farm!!! The whole family found the peace that we needed and the kids were obsessed with all horses, donkeys, cows, dogs, cats, ducks etc. Pippa was extremely accommodating and hosted both a personal sightseeing and a lovely pottery class. We grilled our dinner over open fire and the kids ran anywhere and everywhere they wanted! Very kid friendly and special. Highly recommend ☺️.

Satolah Creek Farm is truly exceptional! My husband and I were married here on June 21, 2025, and it was an absolute fairytale.
