This is the only locally-owned bank in Rabun County. I could not possibly say enough to convey how amazing this bank is. They take excellent care of their customers and it's truly a "hometown bank". Their services, customer service and professionals are equal to or surpass those of bigger banks. This is my bank.

RCB has been a great hometown bank that I have gone to for loans and accounts for me and for my children. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and I appreciate the way they made my motorcycle loans and house loans easy to understand and pay. In fact, one of the staff members helped me and a seller with some paperwork, and the seller said that you just can't find a bank like this anywhere else.

We always get the friendliest service at Rabun County Bank, from the front desk person, to the tellers, to the bookkeeping and customer service personnel. It always feels like a hometown, family run bank. They take personal, one on one customer service to a level that isn't normally seen in larger banks.

After dealing with the Mega banks, it is nice to "come home" to people that actually treat you like a longtime friend. It is so nice to have the person you call actually pick up the phone to discuss and solve your financial needs. This is the same person you can visit with and have a face to face discussion of your banking needs. This is what banking should be!
