The room was fine for what it is. We really struggled with the door lock but the after hours person was kind to come back twice to help us with it. The restaurant was closing shortly after I arrived so I appreciate their pulling some things together for me to carry out but the air conditioner was struggling to keep up with the heat. I would criticize the hours except the whole town pretty much shuts down at 6 or 7 pm.

Such a nice retreat! I've stayed here a few times over the years and it never disappoints! The rooms might need an update as the decor is a little old fashion, but the beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. I love the outdoor decks in each room, offering a nice overlook to their campus. I love coming during the winter because it's so quiet and peaceful. There is a restaurant, bar and they have wine tastings. There is also a sauna and steam room. They do separate them men and women, which was a little weird but not a deal breaker. There's also an outdoor pool. Overall, I love coming here and i highly recommend it!
