Simply the best❣️ Can't recommend them with a higher review. David has been there for the death of my mom and dad. He took care of everything helped make the pain less and removed some of the stress of having to deal with all the stuff you need to deal with while grieving. His staff is professional and caring.

This is an over due review because who knows how to write a good review for one of the hardest times in their life. However, I cannot express enough gratitude to Hunter Funeral Home and especially to David for the incredible care and support he provided during the most difficult time of my life. My grandparents who were my whole heart and were married for an extraordinary 75 years, passed away just a week apart at the ages of 93 and 95. Losing them both so close together was so hard, but David and his team made a world of difference in helping us navigate everything with grace and compassion. David guided us through every single step, even things we didn’t realize we needed help with. From choosing bible versus, photos, caskets and headstones to planning the service and selecting flowers, every detail was handled with such kindness, attentiveness, and care. This was my first experience planning funerals, and I truly cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. David and his team were nothing short of amazing—so professional yet deeply caring. My dad says he is the toughest critic and he walked away and said “no notes” - Meaning there was not a single thing that he would change. In the hardest time of our lives, they gave us the comfort and support we didn’t even know we needed. I will forever be grateful for their help in honoring my grandparents’ incredible lives. Such incredible and personable service! Too many things to list! Each and every detail was covered with love and respect for my mother and our wishes as well! The funeral home has been completely renovated and is gorgeous! So welcoming and inviting! Perfectly decorated and almost like walking into your living room! The selections were perfect for us and our needs! David and his entire staff were so humble and professional! David honored my wishes all the way down to her lipstick! He was so thoughtful and open to all of my ideas and responded to every wish even just before the service hour! We are honored and humbled that this amazing man took over a “business” that was in our family for years…..and continued to treat us like family. I highly recommend Hunter Funeral Home for all of your families needs. What a true and complete blessing they are!
