Although I feel the assistant did a good job of selling the products. I feel she didn't take into consideration my personal experience in 1) knowledge of product and 2) my ability in paying for ALL of the products presented. She did a good job of selling but not so much in what I can pay for.

I walked in because my parents are on my plan and are getting ready to travel internationally. Very busy with my work and my job that these two ladies were wonderful enough to help me to show me how to use the app and how to change the plan when my parents are traveling. Thank you so much!
