Claws & Paws Clayton
At Claws and Paws, we believe pampering your pup shouldn’t feel like a chore—it should be something you both look forward to.
Located right on Main Street in our charming small town, we’ve created a space that’s more than just a grooming salon. It’s a cozy, community-driven sanctuary where dogs get the royal treatment and their humans can relax and enjoy the experience too.
While your pup enjoys a spa-level grooming session, you’re invited to linger and enjoy a coffee while you explore our curated boutique of organic treats, designer collars, and thoughtfully chosen pet home goods.
We have created a welcoming space for the whole family. Because here, your dog isn’t just a pet—they’re family. And we think all family deserves a little luxury.

Thinking AmyFabulous crew! My girl Kudzu is shedding everywhere and we went in for a bath, twice. Great private spot with a door so she isn't seeing store activities. Towels, aprons, heater/blower and shampoo provided all for $10! So happy the groomers elsewhere didn't want to touch my giant girl. This shop saved me $$$.

Deborah BerlinHeather is the best and most caring groomer (and person!) we have ever been to! The space they have created is beautiful & open & comforting for people and animals alike... right down to the velveteen loveseat where your freshly groomed pet can get their glamour shot taken. Heather is an absolutely wonderful person and her care, attention to detail, compassion & skills are second to none!

Stephen ArbitterI make it a point to visit pet shops during my travels and am thrilled to have Clayton Claws and Paws right here in Clayton. With out of town family we were welcomed in to browse even though the “grand opening” was a week away. It is exciting to see Clayton grow and diversify with unique shops. Our animals in Rabun County will be happier and healthier. Let’s make Clayton the most pet friendly city in Georgia .

Althea BleckleyExceptional. Both dogs have been groomed there. One is a challenge due to dementia and resists a lot. Mike did a fabulous job and all the staff there were welcoming to both of my fur babies. The service and friendliness of staff ensures that we will be going back. (Not to mention the convenience). And while you’re waiting you can shop local! Downtown Clayton has a lot to offer!
