TylerWe were on vacation from FL and visited Billy Goat pizza bar after a long hike. The Sweet Billy Ragoat pizza was amazing, quite possibly the best pizza we've ever had. The location is awesome too and a great place to relax while enjoying the lake views.

DevereauxDelicious fast food bites. Ordered their farmers cheese dip (which comes with a balsamic glaze and boursin cheese) and cream cheese pickle poppers. Their Luna Leia pizza is SO GOOD. Their jalapeño poppers are delicious.

Adam PiedeBest Pizza within 50+ miles. You simply won’t find a better pizza around. Great wings too. Top it off with a beautiful lake & marina setting. Chad, Kelly & staff were great and very hospitable to my family & I. We’ll be back!

Camden TunnellStopped by Billy Goat Island Pizza Bar recently and had a great time. The pizza was excellent, the atmosphere was laidback, and the service was even better. Ramsey behind the bar really stood out. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and knew his stuff. The drinks were made perfectly, and his whiskey recommendations were great. Ask him about aviation, he’s a certified flight instructor as well. It's always nice to find a place with good food, good drinks, and people who make you feel welcome. We'll definitely be back to try rest of their menu.

MrLive WiresWe visited Billy Goat for lunch while staying in Helen. It was well worth the 20 minute drive!! The pizza was absolutely OUTSTANDING and the wings were very tasty!! We were greeted by the owner/operator’s Kelly and Chad. They were very nice and welcoming!! They have made great improvements to the restaurant. They added windows and doors vs the original screened windows. A great addition as the colder weather rolls in later in the year. The TWO new bars are created out of beautiful wood tops and comfortable chairs. I was given a full tour of the restaurant and I must say, the kitchen was super clean with all new equipment. Did I mention the pizza was outstanding! It was the first pie I have ever had cooked in a wood burning pizza oven. Perfectly cooked pie & the wings are cooked in beef tallow vs cooking oil. The food was GREAT! Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area. The restaurant sits on beautiful Lake Burton & you can sit outside on one of the many picnic tables and watch the boats zip by. A++++!!!!
