Maigen W.The experience of a lifetime! My husband and I traveled from Maryland to Long Creek for the weekend to take on the Section 4 whitewater rafting trip and zip line course, and we loved every minute of it! We stayed onsite in the absolutely beautiful Blue Sluice cabin, which made the whole weekend even better. The drive from Maryland was long, but it was SO worth it. The whitewater guides were fantastic and made us feel completely safe while still making the trip exciting and fun. Shoutout to Phil and Joe for being awesome guides! We also had an absolute blast with the zip line crew (Jasmine and Mike rock!), and coming back to our cozy cabin at the end of the day was perfect. We even stumbled into a great little surprise Friday night when we went to Humble Pie for dinner and found a bluegrass band playing. We sat out on the patio, shared a delicious margherita pizza, listened to the music, and just enjoyed being there. It ended up being one of those unexpected moments that made the weekend even more memorable. We’re already talking about coming back to Long Creek. If you’re on the fence about making the trip—DO IT! It’s absolutely worth it, and you won’t regret it.

Andrew BartlettThis was a fun excursion for my wife and I. The reservation process, communication and instructions were easy. Cynthia, our guide, was knowledgeable and made us feel safe the whole time. We enjoyed chatting with her about the area and rafting in general. The Chatooga Mini was about 3 hours long and chosen because we didn't know what to expect as first time rafters. After completing Bull Sluice we wanted to do more! We would certainly return and do a more advanced tour.
