April AllisonWe recently stayed in the Fish Camp Cottage 3. It had a really musty smell, and really needed to be thoroughly cleaned. With the price you pay to stay here, it was absolutely shocking how dirty it was. The bathroom shower drain barely worked and the coffee machine in the kitchen also doesn't work. Really disappointed with our stay, as we were excited to stay here and expoected much more from this establishment. Really run down place.

Our server, Taelor also the manager of the restaurant was the sweetest person ever!! She made our night special with her generosity. Truly someone who loves what they do! Thank you Taelor!

Shannon BakerWent to Lake Rabun Hotel for our anniversary and had the best time! When you reserve your room, you can add a bunch of options. We did 1/2 day pontoon (and you can get a to-go lunch from them to take on boat - ours was delicious), wine and chocolate covered strawberries, and dinner one night at restaurant. Breakfast is included. After you reserve, they will call you to make your dinner reservations and help you with anything else. We had the large room on 3rd floor with all the windows and it was the most sunny and spacious. The other rooms are very cozy looking. Getting to 3rd floor was easy - you can enter via the back for just one flight. The boat rental was amazing, the restaurant across the street is great, and the food at the hotel is really good. It’s the perfect romantic getaway!

nativfla1Beautiful boutique hotel and restaurant nestled in the northeast GA mountains just minutes from SC and NC. Breakfasts and dinners were very good, staff was kind and considerate, and a wide variety of choices for rooms. No televisions in the rooms but there is one in the parlor on the front of the house. WIFI worked well. No elevators so pack light. All rooms are on the second and third floor except for the cottages.

This 100 year old hotel with decks over calming waterfalls and complementary tea and coffee in the sitting areas on each floor on a hill in the forested mountain above Lake Rabun both relaxes and energizes you at the same time. Top of our list after 60 years of traveling the world over. We will be back.

don edwardsThe walkways are dangerous for seniors, Rooms second floor small but clean, shower molded & no water pressure . Food very good & wait staff excellent. Could be a great destination with a small investment in some improvements
