If I could give this location 10 stars I would. The cabin was super clean and smelled amazing. The entire cabin was clean. There was clean fresh linen. The beds and blankets were comfy and clean. So plush. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you need for a week. It is very kid friendly. Had a waterfalls on its property and many lakes and streams. We stayed in the overlook cabin and it was secluded, noise free and Mountain View’s. We will definitely be coming back here every year. This is the go to spot and drivable nearby to all the national parks and beautiful treks. The owner was the best. It was my husbands birthday and she arranged a cake and flowers for me. She went all the way to the store and picked up everything we needed. We are absolutely blessed to have found this place. Management was responsive. Internet was great. Everything was just perfect. No need to think twice before booking with Deb.
Jun 19, 2020 · Google ReviewNice quiet pretty place. We stayed in a two bed one bath cabin. My 90 yr old Aunt could not use her walker even though we were told it was handicap accessible. Thank goodness we brought her cane. Very small refrigerator but had a hot plate, toaster oven and a coffee pot. We were the only ones in the four lake front (pond) cabins.

I had the pleasure to meet Heather who helped us with a little situation with the TV and she was the hidden gem. If you want to place for relaxation this is the place. Our two kids five and eight absolutely loved it.
Aug 3, 2020 · Google ReviewI stayed in the 8 Overlook Cabin (2 B, 2Br). As far as Cabin location & kid friendliness, I would rate 5/5. The location is breathtaking, with a perfect coffee stroll to a waterfall, complete privacy, comfortable bed, breathtaking scenery, games (in and out) for the kiddos, and a waterfall you can hear from the porch. However, the cabin was dirty and in need of a deep clean (though the sheets/tub were clean). There were dead bugs in every windowsill (even the kitchen!), crumbs on top of the toaster, trash beside the washer, a thick (fluffy) layer of dust on top of the ceiling fans (even the ones you can reach & easily see in the bedrooms), 2 wasp nests on the porch, dirty grilling utensils left out in the grill area, visibly dirty/dusty under the couch, coffee bucket needed a good rinse. Also, for a cabin supposed to sleep 8 with 2 bathrooms, I was surprised that there were only 2 partial roles of toilet paper in the whole place. EDIT: After management's response, I would drop this rating to about a 2. That is really bad customer service after leaving a 4 star review with honest criticism about the need of a deep cleaning. In response to your comment, you also make a lot of impossible accusations that are at the least very untrue. #1. It was more than little dust under the couch and the window seal bugs were in numbers of at least 2-3 per window. Bugs I noticed included flies and earwigs and others also. The window seals were not wiped prior to my arrival. There were still 2 wasp nests (one was mature). There was ALOT of fluffy dust on the fans. I also saw the silencers, but the whole thing was filthy. Not to mention crumbs on the toaster and food splattered on the roof of the microwave. 2# Regarding your accusations: We never ate eggs inside the cabin, so I am not sure what smear you are referring to. We loaded all the dirty dishes and started the dish washer. There is no item in your long list of departure chores that say to also wait for dishes to finish the cycle and put them away. Tubs were left clean, I checked them all before I left. We NEVER at any point in our stay had any chalk, so I have no idea what you are talking about. It may have been the mold a previous guest referred to in previous comments. There would have also been no drawing on anything, as we were gone most of our stay, only returning to eat and sleep. Also, I inspected the place in all the used areas prior to departure and saw that it was very clean. There were 2 beds even that had been untouched. #3. Regarding toilet paper. I checked the drawers. The closet thing to an extra roll was a completely used role left in one of the cabinets. There should be enough to cover an adult and a toddler and still have at least some left in each bathroom. #4 I am not sure why you would attack a guest's constructive critique over a 4 star rating. A little care or humbleness on your part to reach me and apologize for the oversight would have probably gotten you that star back and a nicer review. Instead, you are rude, defensive, and aggressively making untrue accusations about me. Nobody during my stay or after reached me to directly ask how it was going either. I just received an email asking for a rating. # I did modify my rating to say the cabin was dirty (instead of very dirty). I can admit, it could have certainly been dirtier..... But the cabin was definitely dirty and needing deep clean. Again, the rating was a 4 star and likely could have been remedied with any humbleness or care.
