I know I’m family, but that’s the exciting part because I get to watch behind scenes. I want whoever reads this review knows the following about The Flower Company & owner/farmer, Lori Cabe. Lori loves her flowers, which makes her very knowledgeable about flowers. I use to think I could work as a designer for a florist until I met Lori and watched her work. She can create some of the prettiest bouquets that you and I have ever seen. Also, I have seen, what I like to call her masterpieces, the sprays for funerals she has done are absolutely breathtaking and beautiful. You can look at her designs & know that she put her heart and soul into each piece. She has said many times this has to be perfect. Well, if you ever want to see a perfect arrangement just stop by and ask to see Lori, describe to her what you’re wanting and I promise, she will make it happen. If you’re ever in Otto, NC stop by The Flower Company and ask for Lori, explain to her what you’re looking for and watch as she designs a bouquet that makes you speechless. If you can’t stop by, call her and explain what type of bouquet you are looking for that special someone or special loved one that is no longer with us, I promise the design she creates will be her best yet! I ordered online hoping to have a beautiful arrangement delivered to my daughter who lives four hours away. Lori needed to make a small change to the order, and she called me from her personal cell phone to ensure she did not ruin the surprise. The gorgeous arrangement was delivered exactly when requested, and it exceeded my expectations! My daughter loved the flowers!

Lori Cabe has a GIFT with selecting and arranging flowers. I have used The Flower Company on several occasions and am always very pleased. However, we were absolutely stunned by the beauty of the multiple arrangements she created for our loved one's Celebration of Life service. I provided photos of floral arrangements he had created and flowers he loved, and asked her to make something out of the ordinary to honor him. The flowers were exquisite and gorgeous; many folks who attended the service went out of their way to comment to us how they were perfectly chosen and represented him completely. A week after the service, I was able to share with others different bouquets with the flowers which were still beautiful. Lori's beautiful work was a fitting tribute and the aesthetic was perfect-- I know he would have loved it! *****Highly recommend!*****

I grew up in Otto and no longer live there, but most of my family still lives in the Franklin area. I occasionally need to send flowers to one of them for celebration or illness, as was the case this week. My sister was in Angel Medical and I randomly picked the Flower Company folks from a Google search and liked the fact they were in Otto. I decided to give them a try. The photos on their website were simply gorgeous and I hoped that they would be as lovely as they seemed. I was not disappointed! My sister sent me a picture and she was so happy to get them and was almost moved to tears by their beauty! When she sent me a picture of them, I was also, and wished they were mine!😉 In addition, their customer service is some of the best I have experienced in years! I will return to them over and over again for my Franklin area flower needs-I highly recommend them! Thanks to all of you for the wonderful job!
