We recently did the 7-hour rafting trip starting at 9:45 AM with a group of six, and despite having rafted this river before with a different company, this experience stood out for all the right reasons. The facilities and launch area may not have been quite as polished as what we experienced in the past, but the staff more than made up for it. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. Our guide, Garrett—better known in our raft as “White Water Jesus”—was absolutely phenomenal. He kept us safe, made sure we had a blast, and matched our group’s energy from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, fun, engaging, and helped make the entire trip one we’ll be talking about for a long time. Whether we were hitting rapids or just floating between them, he kept the adventure exciting and the mood light. I will also add that it was sunny all day then Called on King Odin and he gave us 20 minutes of extreme thunderstorms and we got to ride through the storm. That was one of the highlights of the trip. Very cool. If you’re lucky enough to get Garrett as your guide, you’re in for an unforgettable day. Follow him into the storm; beyond the battle lies Valhalla. ⚔️🛡️ Highly recommend this company and especially Garrett. Five stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I brought my niece and nephew, who have never rafted before. This is my third time coming back to Southeastern Expeditions because they never disappoint. The guides are always super friendly and knowledgeable. They always include a few other fun activities. This time instead of section 3, we did section 4. It was a blast. Odell and Hannah our guides were the best!

Sydney was a great guide it was also her birthday!! Ella and Alex were also amazing! We had a blast! Definitely coming back for the section 4 rapids. Also the lunch was so good!

My wife booked section IV trip for us and her daughter. Being my first real rafting experience as an adult I was a little anxious about the trip, but our guide Alec was so professional, chill, and explained every rapid before we went through. He made it the trip so smooth, I’ll no doubt book again. They provided lunch, took us to an amazing waterfall spot where we walked under it, and let us do rock jumps off some cool spots. The whole staff was friendly, just book it.

What a great time, AGAIN! A little bit of tranquil relaxing mixed with exhilarating excitement. Our guide Garrett was awesome! This is our third time rafting with Southeastern Expeditions over the years and I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a great day guys!
