Leigh CShawn Miller & Ryan were fabulous! They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and were able to explain everything to me in a way I understood. They patiently helped me set up the phone app and demonstrated how to use it and the new thermostat. Both young men were very kind and professional. I can highly recommend RadLee without hesitation. MichaelAmazing experience that feels so, so personal. The dispatcher, Gavin, is great and works very hard to communicate in real time and help as fast as possible and our tech, Austin, was so nice, communicated constantly while we weren’t at the house, and worked for hours until we fixed the problem with our HVAC (including staying into the evening). Cannot recommend them enough - it truly feels like a personal experience and that they really do care about the community and what they’re doing.

Bob RaperI had the pleasure of having two of Radlee's service technician's Mitch and Jacob install a new Trane heat pump and air handler! Both young men were very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely professional! They kept me abreast of all their work, what they were doing, how they were doing it including tearing out the old 27 year unit. I could not have been more pleased with their work or their work ethic! Many thanks to Radlee and especially to Mitch and Jacob!
