Mark & Stacy HatcherWe truly loved our room at North 40 Lodge! Exactly what we needed for an amazing, relaxing weekend away from stress of every day life! The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious! The little market was perfect for late night snacks! The outside cat was friendly as well!

Mandy SI loved this place and so did my family. We wished we could have stayed longer. Eric the owner was there and a good man, he held conversation with my husband sharing details about the history and future plans for there business. Room were absolutely beautiful and his wife Jen has styled the rooms wonderfully. The space was large and we all felt very comfortable. My husband and I slept so well the beds were very comfortable so much so I’d wish I had asked what mattresses they used. The sleeper couch my son was on was also comfortable. They had a espresso machine and my husband an I enjoyed that very much and the complimentary water. This place had a beautiful common area in the back. Do forget to say hi to big foot. This place I read was Al’s pet friendly I believe and we made a cat friend that wishes us farewell when leaving.

MoonBeam1696We stayed here for a girl’s weekend and it was adorable! The Christmas decorations were phenomenal and location was great! We didn’t see any bears but the cats were cute! I would 100% recommend and will definitely be booking here again when we’re back in the area.

SunshineThis place was perfect. Very clean, had everything you need. So quiet. Front or back porch sitting at its best. Had a nice trail around the building for the dog to walk. Amazing customer service while making my reservation.

Neri ColónWhen visiting the GA mountains, I wanted the cabin feel in a place to stay. The little cabin here at North 40 Lodge was just perfect and exceeded my expectations! Cabin was beautiful, clean and the nature around just breathtaking. Loved the details and was pleasantly surprised by the Christmas tree and decor 😍 So wonderful!!

Madeline ByrdMy partner and I loved everything about this place! The room we stayed in was super spacious, even being the smallest out of them all. We loved the direct access to the back porch area and the cozy feelings the decor offered. While the bar and restaurant are currently closed, there are places nearby to check out (highly recommend Blue Canoe just down the road)! Everything was clean and exactly as expected. My understanding is that the lodge was recently bought and renovated, please DO NOT be weary due to old reviews. We loved our stay so much we are already talking about our next trip up. The Nespresso machine and toaster oven was a convenience I didn’t expect. The new owners have done a great job!
