EDIT: Sod was delivered as promised, on time, very fresh. Hope they can improve customer service though. Increased to 4 stars now. ORIGINAL: So far, not a very good experience. Tried to place an order online for a couple days - didn't take my card(s) with no reason. Finally was able to placing an order with payment COD. Never received a confirmation - nothing... Now, a week later, they called to schedule the delivery... Not impressed by their customer service at all... by the way: found out that paying by card needs their approval first... No mention about that in the error message on their website... We will see how the delivery goes next week. I will update later.
