Very friendly and helpful staff. (Cindy) Accommodated our last minute booking. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Quiet even though located right off the highway. Shower curtain & towels/rags very worn out and in need of replacing. Dog hair everywhere but again we booked last minute so kinda understand there may not have been time for a better cleaning. Very convenient to Helen if you’re visiting the area!

This place was awesome, the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The food in the Dugout restaurant was very good and the service was excellent. The owners made us feel welcome from the time we checked in till the time we left. Wonderful experience!!

I can’t say enough about this lodge. The accommodations and service were phenomenal. The Dugout bar and grill had some of the best food and drinks! Mrs. Cindy and the Johnson family are excellent hosts. If you get a chance to stay here, definitely take advantage of the location and amenities.

We love the Nacoochee Valley Lodge. I was here for a dog trial, and the rooms were the best. The area where you can walk your dog is great. The Owners Cindy and Dough, the best. when talking to them, I felt like I had known them for a long time. They will go out of their way to help you. The rooms, are so clean, grounds etc. The Dugout restaurant there is also very good, especially after a long day. We are hoping to get back soon, Best Place I have Ever Stayed. Thank you for sharing your special place.

I cannot recommend this lodge enough! We stayed here for a recent vacation after the winter storm at the end of January (26-28), and it was the highlight of our trip. Impeccably clean, cozy, and featured everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Location was quiet and picturesque exactly the 'reset' we were looking for. The Host Cindy is a gem. She was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and provided those small, thoughtful touches that you just don't get at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Her hospitality is unmatched, and she provided fantastic local tips that made our vacation truly special. The lodge itself is beautiful and serene—the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Cindy, for being such a wonderful host and making our stay unforgettable!
