John CarterI shopped for a new hot tub in Buford, Cumming, Doraville, and Mountain City, GA, before finding Hot Springs Pools & Spas in Franklin, NC. Without question, they offered me the very best deal and an outstanding buying experience from start to finish! I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Howell, who was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Kelly communicated with me through my preferred method of texting, patiently answered all of my questions, provided plenty of information, and never once made me feel pressured to make a purchase. I did have to compromise a little on my preferred color, but having a spa in stock and not waiting weeks or months was more important to me. Kelly stayed in touch throughout the entire process, and my new Caldera Marino spa was delivered in just two weeks! The delivery and setup were just as impressive. Dan and his team handled everything smoothly and professionally. Dan is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all the controls, explain the dos and don'ts, and make sure I was comfortable operating and maintaining my new spa. One thing that really stood out was the nice zippered carrying bag Dan provided, complete with all the chemicals and testing supplies I would need to get started. And these weren't little sample bottles! They were full-size bottles of all the essential chemicals, along with a few optional products. It was a thoughtful touch and just another example of the level of customer service this company provides. From the initial shopping experience to delivery and setup, Hot Springs Pools & Spas exceeded my expectations. If you're considering purchasing a new hot tub, I highly recommend reaching out to Kelly Howell at Hot Springs Pools & Spas in Franklin, NC. Even if you have to drive a little farther, they're absolutely worth the trip! Thank you, Kelly, Dan, and the entire team for making this such a great experience!

Donna JonesWe visited Hot Springs twice before purchasing a Caldera Niagara jacuzzi. Kelly was very helpful in letting me get in and out the different models. She was not pushy or directive.. The delivery was great - went smooth and according to plan. And it was not easy to get the jacuzzi across a fire pit and thru a 40 in opening. Everyone was professional and accommodating: orientation was great too!
