My stay at Fire Mountain Inn & Resort was absolutely wonderful. The cabins were extremely cozy and had such a peaceful, rustic charm. It felt like the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic getaway surrounded by nature, this place is definitely worth visiting. I’d love to come back!

Nov 20, 2025 · Google ReviewWe stayed at Fire Mountain in the Coca-Cola cabin in August for our anniversary. The only extras we took advantage of was breakfast one morning and it was delicious. Everything from the cabin to the view to the horses was great. Kimberely, the hostess, was great. She was readily available for all our needs and any guidance we needed. I would consider Fire Mountain if I were to stay in (or close to) the Highlands again.
Aug 14, 2025 · Google ReviewWe stayed at Fire Mountain June 19-21 2025 and would highly recommend to others. We stayed at The Lodge in the Blue Valley room. The resort is so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We loved sitting on the porch with a glass of wine in the evening or morning coffee with the sweeping 100-mile panoramic views. Breakfast was included in our room and it was wonderful both days. Fresh fruit, eggs Benedict, fresh juices, etc. All outside on the patio again with the wonderful views! It’s about a 20 min drive to the heart of downtown Highlands. But the destination once there is worth the little bit of the drive. We highly recommend. We will return!
Jun 23, 2025 · Google ReviewIn addition to the gorgeous views and spectacular sunsets, the owners went out of their way to help us when we got a flat tire giving us ride back to the resort & then to the tire shop when our car was ready. We really enjoyed having breakfast at the misty mountaintop and hiking right from our cabin. Our kids loved having s'mores at the fire pit. WiFi was excellent when we needed to work.
