This is one of the prettiest waterfalls in North Carolina. It is viewable from a platform up top, which is an easy walk from the parking lot. However, the best views are a short walk down to it. It can be walked behind as well. Parking can be a challenge during peak times (summer and weekends in the fall).

Very beautiful waterfalls. Parking is limited by the road. There are some steps to go down, and then a paved pathway until the waterfalls. One can walk behind the waterfalls through a pebble wet pathway. It is a very beautiful waterfalls with surrounding sounds and forest vegetation.

I enjoyed the driving there! Magical place! Beautiful falls. There is a fee for the parking. $3 but you can find any other free parking around. I just park in front on the entrance.

We were in the area & this was definitely worth it. They do have a dedicated paved parking area for the falls. Although we didn't use them, they do have public bathrooms. They have steps that lead you down to a pathway that goes down to the falls. You can go under the waterfall which will be misty, but didn't get wet. I felt there was plenty of space with the amount of people that were viewing as well. I would recommend if you're in the area. They also have an overlook ramp that's accessible from the parking lot for those that cannot utilize the steps which is awesome.

Beautiful and enchanting. Limited parking but the crowd turnaround is quick. There are 2 handicapped parking spaces.
