RyanBroke down late on Friday of Father’s Day weekend outside of Clayton, GA. AAA was no help, no shops were open until Monday and we are from FL… so we don’t know where to go. We found Chaffin via a google search and called, Justin was there in 15 minutes. He knew who to call to have it towed and only did that after he spent 30+ minutes trying to get us a quick fix to get back on the road to FL. He took our car back to his shop ordered the part and got it fixed before it would have even been diagnosed by another shop/“big box” auto repair. He immediately diagnosed the problem and communicated every step of the way during the repair, responding to my texts within minutes every time! He was super friendly and genuinely cared that we were from out of town and sort of helpless… lots of shops would have looked at us as an opportunity for a cash grab and for the part(which our car isn’t easy to get) and labor(our car is a pain to work on), he couldn’t have been more fair on the price we were charged! We truly lucked out by happening upon Chaffin Performance and I saved his phone number because if I’m ever in North Ga, SE Tennessee, or Southwest NC/SC I will know where to call. 6 stars if I could!

ShujuanaWe broke down coming out of Cherokee. Justin took the time to assist us on a Sunday with finding a tow truck driver AND getting us back on the road. He went and got the part we needed, repaired it and has us back on the road in a few hours. We were extremely grateful for all of his help! Hopefully it won't happen again but if so, we will be sure to reach out to him

Laurie HarrisI ran over a stump with my car and ripped off part of the bumper and shield over the tire. It was Sunday at 4:45 pm and I called Chaffin Performance. The gentleman that answered the phone’s name was Justin. Even that their closing hours said 5:00, he did not hesitate to come to our house and fix the car so we could drive back to Asheville. He was a lifesaver and did not charge much. I will forever be grateful!

Bailey ProvostSuper great experience — he replaced my headlight connector quickly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Really nice guy who genuinely just wants to help people and doesn’t try to overcharge. Honest, fast, and highly recommend!

Thug597Brakes went out on my way to north GA, from Florida on 9/6/24. Got ahold of Chaffin performance in the morning of 9/7/24, got the truck to him ASAP knowing they may not be able to look at it until 3pm. They were able to source the parts locally and get them the same day. Ended up having to replace both rear calipers, rotors and pads. By some miracle, i was able to pick-up my truck the next morning on 9/8/24. Never in a million years did i think i would be able to get my truck fixed and get back to Florida for work the next day… Justin at Chaffin Performance pulled it off and saved the day. Highly recommend this company and i will be back, if needed!!!
