Emma BrownellA group of friends and I were visiting North GA for the weekend and were headed into Helen on a rainy Sunday. As we were leaving, I accidentally backed my husband's truck into a ditch trying to come down a very steep, slippery Airbnb driveway. The truck was unfortunately pretty close to tipping over on its side, which was obviously scary. My husband and his friends tried to get the car out of the ditch to no avail. I called around to multiple different towing companies and 115 Towing was able to get to us very quickly (under 30 minutes or so - mind you, it was a very rainy, disgusting Sunday). I was very upset and embarrassed, but the owner and whom I assume to be his wife reassured me that this happens all the time in this area due to the terrain. The car was pulled out of the ditch in just a few seconds, which certainly saved our day. I am very appreciative that 115 Towing was able to get out to us so quickly - I had initially put in a member service request with AAA and they were quoting us 3-5 hours out. I've never a) had anything like this happen or b) needed to call a towing company, so I'm grateful that what was initially a very scary situation was remedied so quickly and safely. Thanks again for graciously giving some out-of-towners a bit of your time on a Sunday and saving our trip!

Mary SappWe had a flat tire with other issues that a simple tire change would not solve while on vacation in Helen. Roadside Assistance dispatched Randy from 115 Towing and Service Center. Randy arrived in 30 minutes and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. He did not stop until the problem was correctly diagnosed and taken care of. His courtesy and professionalism were exemplary and very much appreciated in a stressful time. His friendly and affable nature made us feel like we’d known him for years. We are thankful and feel blessed to know him.

Barbara CollinsworthI am grateful for and would recommend Towing with this company! I do not live in the area and had car problems passing through on a school trip. They were reasonably priced and quick to respond. I had coasted into a driveway on a very busy dangerous road. For some strange reason the owner would not let us move the car 5 ft further into the driveway to safely retrieve my jeep. The tow truck driver helped to resolve the tension by getting a tow truck that could get at my Jeep easier! Thank you again 115 Towing!! I was so stressed by the women who probably never had a hard day in her life that it was good to have someone who cared help me! I hope it doesn't happen again but if it does i will call yall!!
