This workshop is designed for those who already understand the basics of tincture extraction and want to deepen their skill in creating balanced, synergistic herbal formulas. We’ll explore how to move beyond single-herb thinking and into formulation frameworks that support specific physiological goals.
As a group, we’ll formulate a tincture blend together, discussing herb selection, ratios, and the role each plant plays within the whole. You’ll leave with both a finished formula and the clarity to create your own blends moving forward.

As a medicinal herb farmer and double-certified Holistic Ayurvedic Practitioner trained in both Ayurveda and herbalism, her work centers on the importance of treating the whole human rather than isolated symptoms, making her work palpable and powerful in today's shortcut-driven wellness culture.
