A hands-on culinary festival with more than 120 cooks and chefs preparing samples on ceramic grills and Big Green Eggs. Visitors can sample dishes, talk with cooks and chefs, learn grilling tips, pick up recipes, and enjoy live bluegrass music. The May 14 meet-and-greet includes a shared-dish celebration, beer, and wine; the May 15 cooking festival runs from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
