Superior customer service! After the recent storms, we accidently cut the cable that wasn't buried quite deep enough. The quality of the repair team was quick and efficient. I forget the young man's name that came out the day of the accident, but he arrived within an hour of our calling. He patched the cable and had us up and running in a matter of minutes. He stated the repair team would be out within the next week to repair and bury the cable. And, that they did. Again, superior.

We were without internet during the ice storm! The woman technician I reported the outage to was very helpful! (Not sure of her name but she is from Pensacola Fl, same as my husband and I)She said a tech would be out the next day and he was! Very nice also! He looked at all the lines and reported it! The guys were out with the bucket truck the next day and fixed the problem! Thank you so much for being so friendly and helpful in such a hard time!

We have had great service thus far .(3-4 years). Download speed and streaming are good. We have always had decent customer service. Trailwave isn't available to everyone where we live and some are left with subpar choices. If you're looking for reliable service call them to see if it's available in your area.
