Emily RobertsI just want to brag on Habersham EMC I came home from work and the wifi was out, I called and spoke to a sweet representative who helped me troubleshoot around 6pm. Ended up that we needed a technician to come out and fix it, she told me that she couldn’t guarantee they would be out tonight but lo and behold the tech was here by 7! We sincerely appreciate this hard work and great customer service because without our wifi we’re completely analogue in this tin camper… I would be okay cause I got my books, but my poor sweet husband would be going stir crazy without tv 😂 Habersham EMC has always done us so good!

vic avarelloHad an 80 ft pine close to but not in the power line easement area hit by lightening .I tried to get it removed by (2) 5 star tree removal companies but because of its location between the house and power lines, neither would take the job. It was already dying and no doubt it would be coming down in the near future as there were already no needles on any of the branches which were continuously falling. I called Habersham EMC for some help and /or suggestions on Weds . On Thursday they came out to the site assessed the situation and fell the tree. The tree would have caused damage to both my house and taken down the power lines at some time in the future. Thank you Habersham and to the crew who performed the dangerous work. Vic Avarello

Amy LeeReally sad to see some of these comments. I have never had any of these issues. All good as came from HEMC for me. Trailwave has been great. If I ever need anything I go talk to someone in person and all the employees have been super nice and helpful.
